Dear everybody back home,

How are you all? I am doing well here in Kingston. This past week has been a pretty normal week. We had transfers, so I am now with my new companion Elder Gurr from Canada. He is an awesome missionary, and we get along really well. Currently we are working with four really solid investigators, who have baptism dates in a couple of weeks. We have been really blessed here in Kingston right now. Currently we are trying to focus teaching those investigators who have been truly prepared by the Lord. It is amazing to see how the Lord prepares people to receive his gospel. We have one investigator who is 16 years old. She had secretly wanted to always attend our church, so she prayed to the Lord to provide a way for her to attend. a few days later, her next door neighbor who is a member walked over and told her that the Lord had told her to invite her to church. This investigator now has a baptismal date, and has a testimony of the gospel, and is progressing in accepting and living the gospel and will be baptized on September 1. In the latest Liahona, Elder Eyring tells us that the Lord will place those people who have been prepared to receive the gospel in the paths of those people who are prepared to share the gospel. What a great blessing! I challenge everyone back home to prepare your minds and your hearts to be receptive to the Spirit and to share the gospel with those whom the Lord puts in our paths. I know the Lord will bless us. I know that the Lord Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. I know he lives in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Love you all,

Elder Nugent
